This is a hands-on position that involves performing research, conducting experiments and gathering data in a plant environment while leading action teams to drive results.
There is opportunity to study current production processes, recommend improvements utilizing the Boise Improvement Cycle and gain exposure to multiple departments.
Successful candidates will develop broad, comprehensive knowledge and experience of the overall business in a plant environment, including but not limited to:
safety, manufacturing processes and products, supervision, human resources, process improvement, engineering, finance, special projects, etc.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
